UK Delivery

We're proud to offer free UK delivery on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, a flat-rate delivery charge applies and is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.

• Dispatch time: most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Delivery time: typically 2–4 working days from dispatch

How It Works

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send a second email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door. You can also view your orders any time from your account.

International Delivery

We currently focus on serving customers across the UK. If you're ordering from outside the UK and delivery is available to your country, shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. If you don't see your country, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Missing or Delayed Orders

While the vast majority of orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen with couriers. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact our team with your order number and we'll chase it up straight away.
