How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team at activgenwellness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply with simple instructions on how and where to return your item.
  3. Once received (or once we've confirmed your eligibility for our satisfaction guarantee), we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been sent.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days with a photo if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including any delivery costs — at no charge to you.
